A nice twin/double zip and link bedroom with en-suite shower room, W.C and wash basin is located on Ground Floor. Three spacious en-suite twin/double zip and link double bedrooms are offered on First Floor. 2 rooms have en-suite shower rooms with W.C and wash basins and feature ornamental fireplaces and large windows. Another bedroom has an en-suite bath with hand held shower, views over the burn and an ornamental fireplace with cast iron stove. If requested, a single bedroom with views over the burn and ornamental fireplace can be available for use. This room uses the family bathroom as a private bathroom. A small fridge is located in the upstairs hallway for use by guests. Bathrooms: All bathrooms are freshly decorated with welcoming appeal. Ground Floor has an en-suite shower room with W.C and wash basin.
